4. Fees and Payments
4.1 Fees: We (Loudlib Audio) charge a fee of 40% on each sale of the submitted products. The Submitter will receive 60% of the sale price.
4.2 Payment Schedule: Payments to the Submitter will be processed according to the Loudlib Audio payment schedule. Loudlib Audio will provide regular reports of sales and royalties.
5. Content Management
5.1 Updates: The Submitter may request updates to their submitted data and products by contacting us (Loudlib Audio). We (Loudlib Audio) will respond to such requests as promptly as possible.
5.2 Removal: The Submitter may request removal of their products from the Website. We (Loudlib Audio) will honor such requests and remove the products in accordance with its policies.
6. Tracking and Reporting
6.1 Tracking: We,us (Loudlib Audio) provides tracking services through its partner, BigXGrow. The Submitter can access detailed reports of sales, traffic, clicks, and views through their account dashboard.
6.2 Affiliates: The Submitter may use affiliate links to promote their products or others on the Website and potentially earn additional income.
7. Support and Dispute Resolution
7.1 Technical Support: We (Loudlib Audio) provide support for technical issues related to the website and submissions. The Submitter should contact the (Loudlib Audio) support team for assistance ,email (team@loudlib.net)
7.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from submissions or sales will be addressed by the Loudlib Audio. We will mediate disputes and work to achieve a fair resolution.
8. Legal and Compliance
8.1 Compliance: The Submitter agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding copyright, licensing, and content submission.
8.2 Indemnification: The Submitter agrees to indemnify and hold Loudlib Audio harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their submission, including any infringement of third-party rights.
9. Termination
9.1 Termination by Submitter: The Submitter may terminate their participation by requesting removal of their products and closing their account.
9.2 Termination by Company: Loudlib Audio reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and remove submissions for violations of the terms or inactivity.
10. Miscellaneous
10.1 Governing Law: This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law.
10.2 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
